Itinerary

  • Day 1 Fly Overnight to Osaka. Begin your journey by flying overnight to Osaka, Japan's vibrant culinary capital. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the rest of the day to start soaking up the local culture. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with your group.
  • Day 2 Discover Nara. Visit Nara, Japan's first capital, to see the impressive Todai-ji Temple and the friendly deer in Nara Park. Explore the Isuien Garden before returning to Osaka for a visit to Osaka Castle. Enjoy a cruise along the Yodogawa River.
  • Day 3 Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Travel to Kyoto to explore the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Visit the Tenryu-ji Temple and stroll through the traditional streets of the Higashiyama district. Experience a traditional tea ceremony.
  • Day 4 Yudanaka Snow Monkeys. Visit the Jigokudani Monkey Park in Yudanaka to see the famous snow monkeys bathing in hot springs. Enjoy a stay in a traditional ryokan and experience an onsen bath.
  • Day 5 Nagano Zenko -ji Temple. Explore Nagano's Zenko-ji Temple, one of Japan's most important Buddhist temples. Visit the historic district of Nakamise-dori. Continue to Matsumoto to see the Matsumoto Castle, known as the "Crow Castle" for its black exterior.
  • Day 6 Mount Fuji. Travel to the Mount Fuji region. Visit the Chureito Pagoda for panoramic views of Mount Fuji. Explore the Fuji Five Lakes region and enjoy a cruise on Lake Kawaguchi.
  • Day 7 Mishima Skywalk and Kamakura. Visit the Mishima Skywalk, Japan's longest pedestrian suspension bridge, for stunning views of Mount Fuji. Continue to Kamakura to see the Great Buddha (Daibutsu) and visit the Hase-dera Temple.
  • Day 8 Tokyo City Tour. Arrive in Tokyo and visit the Meiji Shrine, dedicated to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken. Explore the bustling streets of Harajuku and Shibuya. Enjoy panoramic views of the city from the Tokyo Skytree.
  • Day 9 Tokyo at Leisure. Spend the day at leisure to explore Tokyo at your own pace. Optional activities include shopping in Ginza, visiting the Tsukiji Outer Market, or exploring the historic Asakusa district.
  • Day 10 Origami and Farewell Dinner. Participate in an origami workshop to learn the art of paper folding. Enjoy a farewell dinner with your group, reflecting on the experiences of the past days.
  • Day 11 Departure. Transfer to Tokyo's Narita Airport for your flight home, bringing with you memories of a journey filled with cultural experiences and new friendships.
