No, there are no fees associated with purchasing or redeeming Corporate Gift Cards.  

Ready to dive in and give your employees a reward that’ll really mean the world to them? Your business can register for our Corporate Gift Card Program online by completing the simple sign-up form and entering some basic company information. 

No, currently our Corporate Gift Card Program only supports the purchase of digital e-Gift Cards. This allows us to send out your Corporate Gift Cards more efficiently! 

There’s no minimum order quantity when purchasing Corporate Gift Cards. Whether you’re a big business looking to regularly reward your employees with travel perks or a new start-up wanting to buy a couple of one-off Corporate Gift Cards to use as marketing incentives, you’re in the right place! Our Corporate Gift Cards can be loaded with any value between $20 and $4,000. 

There are a couple of options! You can either download your entire Corporate Gift Card order and then distribute them to recipients yourself or you can send the Gift Cards directly to recipients at the time of purchase using our Gift Card Corporate Portal. Our Travel Experts can give you more information and help you choose the best option for your company after you’ve registered for our Corporate Gift Card Program.  

Recipients can use their Corporate Gift Cards to book travel at any Flight Centre store within Australia and when booking either flights or hotel stays with us online.  

Currently, Flight Centre Corporate Gift Cards can only be used for online bookings containing either flights or hotel stays. If your purchase contains both flights and hotel stays, you’ll need to make two separate online bookings or come and see us in-store to pay using your Gift Card. Trying to book holiday packages, cruises, tours, insurance and more? Simply visit your local Travel Expert in-store and they’ll be able to help you book the trip of your dreams using your Corporate Gift Card! 

Absolutely! If your Flight Centre Corporate Gift Card balance is less than the total booking cost, another payment method will be required to cover the rest of the trip. More information on accepted payment methods is available in our Help Centre. 

Unless otherwise stated, Flight Centre Corporate Gift Cards are ready to use 24 hours after purchase and remain valid for 36 months (three years). We’re pretty confident your employees or customers will be able to find a trip that tickles their fancy in that time! Make sure all of your Corporate Gift Cards are redeemed before they expire because it won't be possible to get a credit or refund on any unused balances.
