How to redeem at Flight Centre

  • Online: select pay with CommBank Awards points at check out and log in with your mobile number registered with NetBank and last 4 digits of your Awards card. Pay with points online is only available for flights and selected holiday packages.
  • In-Store: advise your consultant that you wish to pay with your Awards points
  • Over the phone: call 133133 and advise your consultant that you wish to pay with your Awards points

Don’t have enough Awards points? You can always pay the remaining balance with your Awards card or any other debit or credit card.
