Scoot is a low-cost airline based in Singapore and owned by Singapore Airlines. Scoot launched in 2012 with a selection of medium- and long-haul routes, mostly to China and India. True to the low-cost carrier format, Scoot offers budget Economy class fares with the option to add some extras such as meals, increased baggage allowance, Wi-Fi access and additional legroom – thereby creating your own fare bundle. Scoot operates a fleet of more than 40 aircraft, consisting of Boeing 787 Dreamliners and Airbus A320s. Scoot flies to and from the Gold Coast, and partners with Singapore Airlines to fly to and from Darwin, Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
