To request a cancellation, update, or to view your itinerary for a booking made on our website or through the Flight Centre App, please use the Online Trips Function.

1. Go to Trips and sign in or create an account.
2. Go to Manage Booking at the end of your itinerary.
3. Click Change or Cancel.
4. Follow the instructions shown to change or cancel your booking.

For all other existing online booking requests contact us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
