Airports

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is 53 kilometres south of the city.

Special airport taxis operate standard or premier services. These require coupons that can be purchased at the airport.

Express coaches service most of the major hotels, leaving approximately every half hour from 5.30am until 10.15pm. The trip takes about an hour.

The Express Rail Link takes about half an hour into town and departs every 15 minutes from 5am until 1am.

If you are arriving in Sabah, you will probably touch down at Kota Kinabalu International Airport. The best way to get to the city, which is about 20 minutes away, is by airport taxi. It has a similar coupon system to Kuala Lumpur.
